Dear journal…

I had a really good weekend.. yes I did… Despite the fact that I have to go to the hospital on Monday.. I was still happy with what I had! It was a good Sunday… Had fun with my girl pals.. took my mind off work in school.. and also took my mind off from the whole problems I have been facing with my man.. But, in all fairness… it’s clear to say that everything is ok again… Our differences has been resolved and we are almost reaching to that peak of happiness again.. So long as our misunderstandings is being put in a low key..

It’s funny how i am typing this out with my eyes close.. i am dead sleepy… i think that’s the main reason why i feel like vomitting… But i’ll be done with classes soon.. and my lovely and handsome man will rescue me from it all.. *i think*

Owhh… something worth mentioning…

It’s SRI’s birthday!! Muahhss.. happy birthday girl… Let’s go play pool or something!

Dedication to Rajdeep…

Sunday, August 14th, 2005

Dear journal….

A Special Dedication to a friend, Rajdeep Singh…

Yesterday, I went to a birthday dinner @the Crown Princess
ballroom… I was a little sceptic to go at first as the haze was just
starting to clear up.. Mainly, was worried about my health and
well-being if I did go.. But, truth was to be told, I was granted
permission to attend his birthday dinner gala…

The birthday dinner, which was suppose to be receiving
guest at 7:30pm had only started to fill up by 8:10pm… As my man was
restless as to waiting for the food to be available, we were given such
cultured entertainment by the Singhs… I really felt welcome and at
home with the presence of Kabir and Raina… two most adorable uni
students that I adore..

Rajdeep was busy entertaining his guests.. Nevertheless,
he had such a good face for such a tiring event.. I guess, the
satisfaction of seeing everyone in the room together had somewhat put
the off button switch on being tired…

He was a cheerful chap whom  I felt honoured to have
gotten close to… He and I started to be really close friends therough
internet connection when he was studying Law overseas. It was funny how
that small connection had made us close.. And I am truly honoured to
being invited to such a birthday party.

He had one true friend to be mentioned here.. and he was
mentioned in the speech Rajdeep gave at the opening of the ceremony.
This true friend was Sandesh Kabir Singh.. I guess, their tales and
horrors of friendship has made them strong… Both were equals that
night. Both seem to understand that they have a bond greater than
friendship… that is brotherhood

Rajdeep & Kabir had performed a hindi sketch on stage.
They had been practicing eversince before this dinner night. It was
rather comical and the extras were rather good performers… I know
Kabir’s dua girl in that sketch (jasmine) was a little butterfly-ee
but, it all turned out good..

Raina… she was so pretty that night.. Although she
decide to stay away from the limelight of the stage, she was absolutely
gorgeous. With face rather made up and hair curled to utter cuteness
and perfection by both Jasmine and Simran, she truly could pass for
another hindi models…

The night was rather long for Shahril.. as he does not
entertain Hindi music or shows or movies… Nevertheless, I am proud of
my man for coming and having a good time… I smile knowing that my man
and I could see eye-to-eye on our differences and still enjoy them
together… He accepts my friends for who they are and comes with a
smile *and empty stomach… hehehe..*

Well, we did not stay for the dance.. as I had to turn in
before midnight. We made our move rather hardly at about 10pm…
Hugging my chomel girlfriend, Raina.. saying goodbye to Simran and
Jasmine… and then, trying desperately to get the approval to go from
Kabir and Rajdeep who were both at the entrance of the ballroom…

As we ride home, I couldn’t help smiling… I’m one lucky
girl, aren’t I? To be blessed with all types of friends.. No matter
where they may be.. I try my best to be a friend.. and I’m glad it’s
evident that I am one to Rajdeep…

   Rajdeep… if you’re reading this… I just wanna say…
Thank you for a wonderful dinner.. It was a grand night for me.. and I
felt welcome and simply happy to have met you… My man conveys his
thanks too… He really enjoyed everything that night… *Imagine that!*

~Hey people.. I’m still around…~

Thursday, August 11th, 2005

Dear journal…
What’s the condition? It’s currently a hasy country.. All thankx to ignorant people who thinks that open forest fire would actually not effect anyone else in this world.. It’s irritating when EVERY YEAR
this happens.. and every year they get away with a simple "SORRY… tak
sengaja.. ‘ter’ bakar…" Fcuk.. seriously.. fcuk the country and all
those inhabitants that actually think they’re forest fire to clear up
land for kelap sawit does not effect people…
Yes, I’m pissed… The haze has definitely clouded my
mind… One thing for sure, the outings that people enjoy so much has
to be at a halt.. this is the time people learn to interact with others
using the internet or telephone… Or something…
Re-posting a link I got from a contact here… "Haze Haters in KL"
click it.. and participate.. Seriously… Now I’m stuck at home.. with
tonnes of back logged university work which CANNOT be done because it’s
a team work… how in the name of God’s beautiful earth am I suppose to
go and meet up with my teammates?
Maybe people would say, "Sarah, chill… since you got
the week off, have fun… relax.." well… newsflash people.. the haze
does not stop time.. time continues… consequences of this darurat?
well.. isn’t it obvious? While all of you are enjoying and chillin in
whatever possible ways you are enjoyin, our university credit hours
still runs.. there’s bound to be REPLACEMENT CLASSES, ADDITIONAL CLASSES… and worst… instead of bringing the final exams nearer before Raya, we have to come back after THREE days of RAYA and take our final exams.. which would probably stretch for a whole TWO WEEKS… so… you still think this is fun? You still think I’m paranoid and don’t know how to chill?
For those working, it’s probably worst… as the Air
Pollution Indeks is not at its 500-mark ccritical level, you are still
obliged to come to work… No darurat there… but, it’s your life and
health on the line…
I just CANNOT see a silver lining behind this thick
toxic haze! I doubt there is one… Some seriously think that this is a
good holiday to enjoy…. God… this haze seriously has made people
into dillusional state of mind….

Seriously… IDIOTS!

On other parts of my life, I had a good time with my
man indoors… MY astro is out for good now.. I should think so… and,
that means no football season for me… *sigh* nevertheless,  me and
Shahril found comfort in each other’s arms…. Especially on that night
when we were watching Serendipity…  that was simply precious… that night… sigh… It was his first time watching the movie… 7th August, 2005… best btul… so comfy in your arms sayang…
Monday, I got sms that I won tickets to watch the Tayangan Perdana - Gol & Gincu @Gsc OU...
the premier showing on a Tuesday, 9th of August… Sad to say, I didn’t
go.. but, I did collect the tickets.. I had sold them off to Laila and Asari… both had fun watching it… Sob… wish I got to watch it! Oh well.. there’s always some other times.. I guess.. *As long this haze does clear up!*
Picked up the tickets on Tuesday,
on my way home from uni… It was a quick pick up… called all the
possible people who would be interested.. but none replied to wanting
to go.. Some even laughed at the title.. Well, can’t blame people for
being so busy with work or studies and all… I know the feeling…
Stayed at home on Tuesday… had to go back rather late on Wednesday
came back at about 8pm… but thankx to Shahril for picking me up…
After all, with the haze, my sister wanting to go home (her place
"darurat" that instant)… Shah Alam to Gombak would take forever to
reach home… Thank God that He gave me the ilham to call Shahril… He
was willing to fetch, but have no idea what time he’d be arriving…
I’d rather wait for Shahril.. knowing that he is in KL
area.. no matter the fact he would face the jamm… but, at least the
estimation he would arrive to campus would be at about 7 or 8pm..
rather than 9 or 10pm for my daddy to come over from Batu Tiga Shah
Alam to ttdi to gombak…
                   Thursday… had only ONE
class… that was Public International Law… then I headed back home
by 12 noon… had a short nap and started to do my work by 4pm…
*after a little commotion with my own laptop…* Finished the whole
group work by myself… but there was still holes here and there…
awaiting for the others to submit their stuff to me…
                    Now it’s Friday
The sun is rather hot outside.. but it is still hazy… Slept pretty
late yesterday when I figured that there’s no school tomorrow.. and
also I needed a break from my 4-11pm work… I had a good time sakat Haniff…. He couldn’t stop laguing… dunno what that means? Ask him what is "Laguing"… hehehe… I’m still taking a break…. This is my backlogged work to do:

  • Reading assignment for evidence… 6 articles in total.. for Monday, 15th August, 2005
  • Discussion questions for Criminal Procedure.. this Monday, 15th, 4-5pm
  • "Dispute" article to review for Madam by 20th August
  • Review my Civil Procedure notes for tutorial on Tuesday, 16th August, 2005
  • Find matters on Social Engineering in Law for Jurisprudence on Wed, 17/08/05, 5-6pm
  • Search on treaties and conventions for PIL….

                    That’s my to-do list so far….. my upcoming events in a nutshell….

  • 20th August.. another law convention… want to go with Fary

  • Tests!!! the dates… 23rd August (CPC), 24th August (CP and PIL) *the other 3 papers (PP, Juris and Evidence) not known*
  • 19th August… meet up with Doctors for SLE..
  • 29th August… Orthopedic meet.. (my legs.. X-Ray and so on..)
  • Seminar on Thinking
with Tun Mahathir as keynote speaker…*but have to fork out
RM350.00… plus… I have to be there from 29th-30th… Not possible..*

                Well….
that’s my life for the past week… The reason why I have not been
blogging, it’s because I’ve gone into an island retreat.. Maybe one day
I’ll reveal my island to all.. for now, I’m gonna make it a private
island of blogging…

Time to retreat.. c-ya later people…

*I miss you sayang*

PC Fair… 06082005

Sunday, August 7th, 2005

Dear journal…
Finally gotten rid of that tired feelin’, and I’m up
again to be fresh and ready for the day.. Only to find out it’s already
4pm… Hmm.. What could I do at 4pm? So little time left of the day…
Well, instead of fretting, I decided to open some
notes… When I did, I realized the notes I was opening to read gave me
plenty of insight as to the professional conduct of a Lawyer… I was
looking into the Legal Profession’s Act, it was drafted so closely to
reserve the conduct of the lawyers.. to make sure that lawyers do not
act foolishly and negligently… If lay person reads the Act *with a
lawyer’s help*, they would soon find that a lawyer’s conduct is govern
by the Act.. In order to make oneself continue to be a "lawyer" there
must be rules to adhere and observed.. Funnily enough, not many see
this of importance.. not until they get into trouble with the Malaysian
Bar Council…
After reading up…. decided to do some evidence work
too… SO I read and continue readin until my eyes were sore.. I bid my
goodbyes to my sister as she was heading back to campus… Then, I
stopped reading and started to drift into yesterday’s event..

Originally, we were suppose to be heading to KL
Convention Centre near KLCC @11am.. but, due to certain unavoidable
reasons, we heade out @2.30pm.. The best part was that my sister was
able to follow us to the fair.. We both had to spend for our IT needs..
ink catridges was a priority.. but it was the very last thing we had
purchased before we head out of the fair…
Like one of my fellow multiply-an had said, it must’ve
been about 3billion people in there.. Although that might sound too
much, but seriously, it was simply too many people that it took the fun
of going one stall to another for me…
The Ballroom on Level 3 was just a showcase for all the
computers you need.. The parts for computers and also cameras and other
extravagent stuff was in Hall 2 - 5… which was actually one long
stretch of a Hall… This hall was two floors down.. it was at the
ground floor..
Reception? was terrible.. I couldn’t get through
Sharani who was plannin to meet us there.. but somehow, she managed to
call me.. So, at last we met up after the whole parading in KL
Convention Centre and had gone into San Francisco Coffee
at Level 1 of KLCC… Met up with her and her colleague.. It’s amazing
how she got a job in Malaysian CLJ… It’s good to know of it too..
maybe we’ll be meeting each other more after this…
After her colleague had left her, Sharani, Kabir, Amir, Sofia (my
sister) and ME had started our small chats and I had suggested that we
go to have dinner… Feeling rather hungry, I was.. so we went up…
The only thing that made me feel a little upset was the fact that I
didn’t have my digital camera wit me.. It was such a memorable event
that I had met up my friends with new contacts…
Cracked jokes til we couldn’t take it anymore… and
after dinner we went to a bookstore… My sister, Amir and Sharani
bought something.. I was fumbling to buy Dan Brown’s - Angels and Demons… but, decided not too..
We finally headed home… but before we did, met up with the ever so pretty Nasreen
why do i say ever so pretty, because she is pretty.. I don’t understand
her need of being on a diet at times… it’s simply not
comprehensible… after that we had parted with Sharani at KLCC…
Headed home.. although gotten lost, but we managed to
get home.. thank you Kabir… it was a good ride home… I enjoyed it..
My sister was fast asleep by then.. recharging her energy to go to
Gombak and meet up with my cousins to watch AF3
I didn’t follow as I was to tired of being on a long
drive.. I went out with Shahril to Penang Mari.. had some drinks and
then had lepak at Mobil for some sort of gathering… Leaving him to
his friends, me and Nida had bonded in the car… It’s nice to be
talking to someone of my gender for a change.. and someone who is
married as to that fact..
Shahrul came by to the car and had showed off his new phone… *FARRA - I have to wear the Arsenal jersey as consequence of the bet.. darn it.. was wishin he’d have to wear Manchester jersey…*
Was quite happy to see his phone.. No i’m not a sore loser.. a bet is a
bet… someone’s bound to loose it.. so, if i had to loose the bet, i
will carry out the consequences.. *damn..*
We finally head home and as predicted, my parents and
sister wasn’t back yet.. I gotten myself ready to sleep but wasn’t
really able to do so.. Had a migrain re-starting again…

Snapped back to reality, and realized that I was
drifting in yesterday for about 30 mins.. did my prayers and started to
relax in front of the pc… that’s why I blogged this down before I
forget all about it..
Now I am chatting with MFI and my online friend,
Mark…. waa.. didn’t notice both started with "M".. did happen to meet
up with MFI at the Apple booth.. and why am I not surprised? because..
he is a MAC Freak.. *quote from him*

Well.. time to log off and find some other things to do… some games to play…

Banofi pie…@Starbucks

Wednesday, August 3rd, 2005

Dear journal….
Had one good outing with my "daughter"… and
definitely something we’ll both never forget… The minute we both got
to Bangsar Village, we were chatting and autopiloting to our usual spot… Yes, you guessed it… Starbucks, Bangsar Village
We were disappointed that our usual seat were not available.. But we
were able to enjoy the view of people going in and out…
I decided to blow off dough and spend like crazy
there… I had my Tall Rhumba Frap, Chicken Lasagne; whilst my
"daughter" had that Jelly- coffee Regular and tall thingy.. and also a
side dish of.. ohh… I forgot what you had… Oh well, that was not
important…
030820052
The REAL importance of me blogging this tonight (or
morning) was to give a view on a certain desert heaven dish that we
both tasted… Sedap sesangat - bangat! What was it? (I feel like a
promoter of Starbucks now…030820051 ahh..screw that feeling..) it was the
heavenly Bonafi Pie
The lovely body of it was made of a crumbly dough that
simply excites the tongue as it crumbles in our mouths.. and it is
accompanied with a very sweet taste of creamy whipped cream (aww..
behave)… inside of this body and creamy whip cream was the most
heavenly taste that you could possibly imagine in a desert… I dare
say that it is so good to have given us reach a level of… ehhemmm…
orgasm.. if you know what i mean…
As i took a scoop to unleash the body to crumble to my
fork… the insides was a sweet taste of caramel and sliced banana…
when I had taken the first bite to enter into my mouth.. it was one
satisfying feeling.. the creamy white whipped cream mixed with the
yummy banana and alsy the pouring caramel.. my body was tingling with
satisfaction…
I insisted that my "daughter" have a taste of this
heavenly desert… she tried to push the fork to have her taste.. fail
at first.. but got it finally with some help of the knife.. she had
taken it with her fingers and simply put it in her mouth… as she was
savouring the taste.. sounds of real satisfaction started to be heard..
not that loud.. but really noticeable.. how could she not.. like she
said, it really is good and gives her some kind of pleasure.. I even
had permission to blog this down as she said, i think i just had
orgasm…
We both took turns with the Banofi pie.. each bite
satisfies our desire… It was a darn good pie! I decided that before I
leave, I had to bring one home.. Not for myself, but for my mom… Let
her have some joy with this pie… and she did… *you’d be happy to
know, "daughter" dear, my mommy had actually took on the pie with her
fingers… there was no need for forks with her.. what a pro, kan!
hehehehe….*

It is without a doubt, this pie is the best thing I’ve ever tasted…
But like all good things, it’s for a limited period only…

*sigh*
